Understanding bennett Loyalty Tiers
Our bennett Loyalty Program comprises five core tiers, each unlocked by cumulative play activity. You start at Bronze upon account creation. As you accumulate points through deposits, gameplay, and referrals, you progress to Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. Each tier grants progressively higher benefits—faster withdrawal processing, dedicated support channels, and exclusive game access.
Progression is automatic. Bennett tracks your activity in real time and advances you to the next tier the moment you meet the threshold. You do not need to claim or apply; your account updates overnight, and we send you a notification confirming the tier upgrade and listing your new benefits.
The bennett Loyalty dashboard sits in your Account menu. It shows your current tier, the number of points until your next tier, a list of active benefits, and your redemption history. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active; even if you take a break from play, your points carry forward when you return.
Each tier grants benefits tailored to active players. Bronze members enjoy basic point accumulation on every deposit and spin. Silver unlocks faster cashout processing and access to live dealer promotions. Gold adds a personal account manager for support inquiries. Platinum and Elite tiers unlock exclusive games and VIP table access during peak hours.
How Points Accumulate
bennett awards points on multiple triggers: deposits, gameplay on live tables, slot spins, and sports-betting activity. Every deposit adds a base point value; playing on live blackjack or roulette adds bonus points per hand. Slot games accumulate points based on total wager across all spins in a session. Sports markets generate points on settled bets.

Tier Benefits and Unlockable Features
bennett Loyalty rewards consistency with tangible in-game and service benefits. Bronze tier covers new users and casual players. Silver introduces faster withdrawals and exclusive email promotions. Gold grants a dedicated support line (email and chat) and access to Gold-only slot titles. Redeeming Points and Cashback
Points convert to account credit or cashback payouts. You navigate to the Rewards menu in your bennett account and select "Redeem Points." The system displays available redemption options: account credit (1:1 point-to-currency conversion), cashback direct to your preferred withdrawal method, or game-specific bonuses (bonus spins on Gonzo's Quest, free entries to live tables, or match bonuses on slot games).
Redemption minimums vary by tier. Bronze requires a minimum of points for any redemption. Silver and above may redeem smaller amounts, allowing incremental cashouts. Cashback redemptions are subject to identity verification; bennett confirms your KYC status before processing any payout. If your account has pending verification, bennett notifies you in the Rewards panel and provides a link to complete documents.

bennett runs seasonal loyalty boosts around major events and holidays. During Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, we apply a 1.5x multiplier to points earned, accelerating tier progression and reward accumulation. Piala AFF tournament windows see bonus promotions on sports betting points. Imlek and Nyepi holidays trigger special tier-unlock promotions where lower-tier members earn boosted points toward their next level.
Our mobile app displays upcoming boost windows in the Loyalty section, so you can plan your play around high-multiplier periods. These boosts apply to all members uniformly; there are no separate tiers or subscription fees to access them.
